Communication of criteria and requirements

One of the objectives that DALLONSES sets as a daily challenge is the continuous improvement of its capacity to provide its clients with better service and attention.

To achieve this objective, DALLONSES has implemented an internal Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 27001:2022 Standard.

One of the requirements established by the Management System is the need to evaluate and select supplier companies, maintenance companies, and subcontractors based on their capacity to fulfil the commitments established with DALLONSES.

In accordance with the above, we hereby communicate our continuous evaluation and approval system for supplier companies, as well as the general requirements and those required for the provision of your service:

Initial evaluation of supplier companies, maintenance companies, and subcontractors

Certification / Accreditation: Supplier companies that have their product or Management System certified by an accredited certification body will be positively evaluated. Likewise, supplier companies are evaluated based on the accreditations/qualifications they hold that enable them to carry out their work.

On Trial: This applies to new supplier companies, which will receive up to three trial orders. After these, they will be analysed and their suitability to be DALLONSES supplier companies will be determined. Once the trial period has passed, they will move to the historical category.

Strategic: Supplier companies with which the organisation strategically maintains operational, image, positioning relationships, etc.

Competence: This will be carried out especially for subcontracted personnel and companies who meet the requirements demanded by DALLONSES regarding competencies, experience, and any other specific requirements.

Exclusivity: Supplier companies that are the only ones providing that service/selling the product. There is no alternative to others.

Historical: Supplier companies that have collaborated with DALLONSES for at least 2 years, which provides reliability and consolidates the quality of their services and respect for information security.

Agility: The supplier company is evaluated by its agility in providing the service or supplying the required product.

Continuous evaluation of supplier companies, maintenance companies, and subcontractors

After the initial evaluation, DALLONSES carries out the re-evaluation of its supplier companies annually, based on the incidents and non-conformities associated with each supplier company/subcontractor.

Likewise, in compliance with the requirements of the reference standards and as a supplier company, maintenance company, or subcontractor of our company, we hereby communicate the minimum requirements applicable to you regarding the provision of your service.
