Governance
At Dallonses, we believe that good governance is not just about making decisions, but about creating the environment where every project, every line of code, and every interaction reflects our values.
Transparency, ethics, and purpose are at the forefront of everything we do.
Mission and Commitment
We connect people through creativity, fostering authentic relationships between brands and their audiences, and generating a positive and sustainable impact in every project.
We strive to make every interaction with our products or services a meaningful experience.
Our mission is protected within our bylaws as a future B Corp company, ensuring that positive impact is as important as economic growth.

Ethics and Transparency
We work with actions, not just words.
We have an ethics committee that ensures integrity in every decision and a confidential channel to report any issue safely and anonymously. Ethics is not a formality—it’s part of how we do things.
Material Topics and Stakeholders
Our commitment is to consider all the people who are part of what we do—those who make each project meaningful.
Listen, measure, and improve: that is the foundation of our impact.
The most relevant topics for Dallonses — and those we are already working on in the short term — are:
- Well-being, equality, and team development
- Quality and excellence in projects
- Data privacy and security
- Ethics, transparency, and good governance
- Environmental and responsible digital impact
Social
Good ideas come from people who feel good.
That’s why we’ve built a space where work has purpose, talent is recognized, and balance matters as much as results.
Growing with purpose means doing it together: as a team, with clients, partners, and the community.
People Who Make Change Possible
We create an environment where talent grows, is heard, and is cared for. Sustainability starts within: well-being, equality, and real opportunities for everyone on the team.
Our team is made up of 15 people, with a 23% growth in 2024.
33% of technical leadership roles are held by women — 13% above the tech industry average.
The ratio between the highest and lowest salary is 1×3, reflecting our fair pay policy.
20% of the team has been promoted internally, and all employees enjoy private health insurance and gym access.
Diversity and Inclusion
We have a diverse team representing 3 nationalities.
31% of our staff are women. There is no gender pay gap at Dallonses.
Flexibility and work-life balance are key to well-being (remote work and adaptable schedules).
Satisfaction
For the past 2 years, we’ve been measuring satisfaction and deepening survey insights.
In 2025, Dallonses’ satisfaction index reached 78%, well above the industry average of around 51%.
We listen to our team’s concerns and take action — introducing private health insurance, gym access, more remote work, and overtime compensation, among other measures.
When the team is happy, the business thrives.
We’ve also strengthened internal communication through regular retrospectives and feedback sessions to continuously improve.
Talent That Inspires
We promote learning as a driver of well-being and professional growth.
Each team member has an annual 1-to-1, development reviews, and internal training — including sustainability — to grow with purpose and focus on what truly matters.
Partnerships That Create Local Impact
We collaborate with suppliers aligned with our ethical code and responsible purchasing policy, prioritizing the local economy.
85.36% of our spending went to local suppliers, and we are committed to maintaining a minimum of 70% each year.
This approach strengthens the community and ensures supply chains aligned with our values.
We give back part of what we receive.
We dedicate resources, time, and creativity to initiatives with social and environmental value.
We donate, collaborate, and actively participate in causes that improve our surroundings.
In the past year, the Dallonses team dedicated 329 hours — along with 0.56% of our revenue — to a gaming project raising autism awareness: using design and technology to support families and organizations within the autism spectrum.
Projects With a Shared Purpose
We work with brands that, like us, believe technology and design can be forces for good.
We’ve said NO to clients from controversial industries to ensure every project aligns with our values.
Each project is an opportunity to create positive, measurable impact — quality by design, built-in accessibility and privacy, real feedback, and tangible improvements.
We grow with you, not just deliver.
Environmental
At Dallonses, we’re clear about one thing: digital also pollutes — and a lot.
That’s why we’ve decided to start measuring the emissions impact of our services and to launch an eco-design program to reduce it.
We believe sustainability is not an add-on but an essential part of how we work.
We integrate respect for the environment into every decision — from design to final delivery.
We are committed to reducing emissions, using renewable and efficient energy, and moving toward climate neutrality.
Since March 2024, the energy consumed in our offices has been 100% renewable.
That year, we emitted 0.40 t CO₂ (Scope 2) due to non-renewable electricity used in January and February, and 0 t CO₂e (Scope 1) since we do not have our own fleet or combustion systems.
We are currently working on Scope 3, focusing on digital suppliers such as cloud and hosting providers.
We encourage zero-waste practices, responsible recycling, and proper waste management, including electronic and hazardous materials.
We promote an active environmental culture within the team, sharing resources and training on responsible material use, environmental protection, and reducing climate impact.
At Dallonses, doing things right also means thinking about the planet we leave behind.
