Vizitio started with an idea. A service to find amazing plans. Adventure, food, relaxation, tech, learning, whatever the mood. A fresh, close, spontaneous brand built on the promise that any moment can become a great plan. But a brand without a platform is just a logo. Vizitio needed a working business beneath it. Web, backend, frontend, custom CMS, AI search, booking flow, payment processing, host management, business intelligence. Everything that turns an idea into a marketplace people can actually use. We partnered with Vizitio to build all of it.
Instead of building a traditional navigation, we put AI search at the center of the product. A user can type "what can I do this weekend with three friends, outdoors?" and Vizitio understands the intent and returns matching plans. The search isn't a tool. It is the interface. AI solutions built around how people actually look for things to do, not how databases are structured.
Not every user arrives with a clear plan. So the home page works like a streaming platform. Themed sliders surface what's relevant: seasonal picks, popular activities, nearby options, recommendations based on history. Users can browse without searching, and find something they didn't know they wanted. Discovery becomes a conversion funnel.
Once a plan is chosen, the user moves through availability, personal data, payment, and confirmation without leaving the experience. Backend handles the orchestration. The frontend handles the trust. We bring experience here from our work on AccessTicket, where booking and payment flows had to hold up under far higher pressure. Vizitio's checkout is engineered with the same principles: clear, fast, secure.
Vizitio is two products in one. A consumer marketplace and a host platform. Activity providers register, publish plans, manage availability, and run their business through a custom CMS we built end to end. On the operator side, Vizitio gets a business intelligence dashboard with everything that matters: bookings, billing, host performance, growth, behavior. The kind of visibility that lets the team make decisions based on data, not gut.
Vizitio launched as a working business, not a prototype. Users find plans through AI search or visual discovery. They book and pay in one flow. Hosts manage their activities through a CMS designed for them. Vizitio's team sees the entire business in real time and knows where to invest next.
